Nay for Neurotoxins

There has been a scary amount of promotion and use of botulinum toxin amongst Generation Z and a continued use by many others. The concept of preventative wrinkle treatment is very misleading and harmful as well.
Neurotoxin injections poison the muscle. In other words, they block the nerve receptors preventing muscle activation, but the net effect of injecting them is that the muscle weakens, flattens, and shrinks over time. Proponents would agree and likely think this outcome is positive as those overactive muscles form wrinkles.
