Parting Ways: Is Dropping A Client Ever Okay?

Skin care professionals are fortunate to work in an industry that is lined with positivity and compassion. Most practitioners chose this field because they are natural nurturers and wanted to help others. Whether they can relate to the pain of feeling insecure about their skin’s appearance or simply love to help others look and feel their best, skin care professionals are all here for the same reason – to help others.

Generally, a disconnect happens between the aesthetician and the client when communication and expectations are not clear. If the client feels mislead, or they are striving for unrealistic results, then certain feelings of tension and frustration can arise. There are many steps that can be taken to try and prevent the need to formally drop a client.
