The idea of performing skin care treatments on celebrities can be a dream for many in the aesthetics profession. It adds a sense of credibility, confidence, and the hopes that these opportunities will provide viral moments or leverage a career, allowing a professional to stand out from the rest. 

All that is needed is one celebrity for a licensed skin professional to be considered a celebrity aesthetician, and the right celebrity can positively change the trajectory of a business overnight. Still, these opportunities do not come for many. However, there are a few tips that may help a skin care professional attract their first celebrity client and manage realistic expectations throughout the process.
