"Most people think we offer cosmetic laser training. However, what we really offer is an experience and a memory that empowers our graduates to change their lives."
WHO I AM
1. FAVORITE PART OF MY JOB
Motivating others to pursue their dreams – and unlimited botox!
2. BIGGEST LEAP OF FAITH I’VE TAKEN IN MY CAREER
I had $300 left in my bank account. My biggest month in sales was $3,000, but I refused to give up. I tweaked my business model to a niche and evolved into the country’s largest, most reputable laser training brand
3. CAREER MILESTONE
I was voted semi-finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2014 (prior awards recipients include the founders of Google, Starbucks, Southwest Airlines, Dell, and Amazon).
4. PERSONAL MANTRA
Anyone in life can succeed with passion, persistence, and a point of difference.
5. MOST ROUTINE SPLURGE PURCHASE
Artsy-fartsy, custom sports coats and shirts you can see a mile away!
6. FAVORITE QUOTE
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But, people will never forget how you made them feel.” Maya Angelou
I love spending my time traveling nationwide, motivating large audiences to pursue their dreams at industry and business venues. My new-found love is my goldendoodle, ‘Lil Lazer, our new team mascot for over 100 team members.

TO THE FUTURE
The goal is to be able to go anywhere in the world, knowing the National Laser Institute brand is as recognized as the iPhone.
HOW I’M BREAKING THE MOLD
“National Laser Institute pioneered the marketplace for cosmetic lasers in 2003. We train nationwide - from Scottsdale to Dallas! Our attendees fly in from across the world, for the same reason people fly in to Harvard University, and we send out over 500 job leads per month.” Louis Silberman, CEO of National Laser Institute
