Heather Hickman was recently promoted to Senior Director of U.S. Education for Dermalogica and The International Dermal Institute (IDI). In her new position serving both companies, Hickman is responsible for 101 employees, including 65 instructors. For the past three years, Hickman has overseen the education for all IDI instructors, managed the operations for all 17 IDI training centers across the United States, and ensured all training centers meet their class student registration and retail sales goals.
