Rules and Regulations
No purchase necessary. Voters must be at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited. Only one entry per person and per e-mail address, per day. Multiple entries in a single day by the same person will not be counted. Incomplete entries are still eligible for a vote, however all contact information requested must be completed.
To vote, complete and submit the form on the individual contest pages. By voting, you agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. Violation of any kind may result in disqualification. This contest is run by DERMASCOPE Magazine, who is exclusively liable for directing the contest and for presenting the awards.
Voting closes on December 1st, 2014. Votes must be received before the contest closing date. DERMASCOPE Magazine will only accept entries from the online form. No print, automated, photocopied, or reproduced entries will be accepted. DERMASCOPE Magazine is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions of the computer online system, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules and Regulations. DERMASCOPE Magazine is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to user’s computer related to or resulting from this process. DERMASCOPE Magazine is not liable for damage to a user’s computer system in any way. DERMASCOPE Magazine reserves the right to modify or take down the voting process in the event that it becomes technically corrupted, as well as correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials.
Employees of DERMASCOPE Magazine and its parent companies, subsidiaries or agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those resigning with any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in voting.
Winners are to be selected by tally of the votes after the voting poll has closed. Winner will be informed via e-mail. If the winner does not reply to e-mail inside seven business days, they will forfeit the award and a new winner will be designated. Probabilities of winning hinge on the quantity of received entries.
Upon entering this voting poll, the voter agrees to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regard to sweepstakes, contests and giveaways. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibilities of the voter. Any expenditures not specifically part of the prize according to the voting entry page are the responsibility of the voter. No substitution for prize. Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
DERMASCOPE Magazine is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated or misdirected mail, or unsafe arrival of the prize. Voter is liable for providing DERMASCOPE Magazine with a useable shipping address, e-mail address and phone number, and accepts the risk of safe arrival of the prize.
