Dr. Ronda Wimmer has joined the team at Salon & Spa at Skyline College as leader of the Wellness and Massage Therapy program. Her career in sports medicine has taken her around the world to work with athletes in hockey, baseball, dance, weight lifting, golf, and wheelchair rugby.
An avid proponent of integrative medicine for the body and soul, Wimmer brings an interdisciplinary focus to massage therapy thanks to her advanced degrees in biology, kinesiology, and oriental medicine. Under her leadership, massage therapy students will understand holistic health and wellness as it effects the mind, body, and spirit.
