Hello, I am currently working As an esthetician in a skin clinic and will be transitioning soon to a medical environment performing facials pre and post treatments.
Treatments including surgeries IPL photo facials botox prp. and the like. I'm trying to formulate a menu that is more clinical rather than the typical esthetic services found in skin spa environment.
I wanted to know if you have any recommendations of the current trends i.e. Hydra facial and the like, that might prep or heal the skin pre or post treatments as mentioned.
I want to put something together that will be symbiotic and best results. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Market your services as “adjunctive clinical facials” or “pre- and post-procedure protocols” rather than spa facials. Incorporate medical-grade skincare product integration (e.g. ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, Alastin) into home care recommendations. A smart trend is to collaborate closely with the physician/NP — create standardized prep + recovery packages that can be recommended to every laser/IPL/surgical patient.
