Becky Kamowitz, Executive director·The Skin Cancer Foundation
Becky Kamowitz serves as executive director of The Skin Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is committed to decreasing the incidence and mortality of the world’s most common cancer through public and professional education. She has been with the Foundation for more than a decade and previously led the communications team. Under her direction, the Foundation rebranded and expanded its national screening program, Destination Healthy Skin, developed a new public service campaign, The Big See, launched a patient resource program, Robins Nest, and redesigned their website. She also oversees the Foundation’s advocacy and government affairs efforts.=
Dr. Jane Y. Yoo, Member of The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Photobiology Committee
Jane Y. Yoo, MD, MPP, is a dual board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon in New York, New York and a member of The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Photobiology Committee. She is also an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a globally respected expert and lecturer in the fields of AI, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Yoo is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, a fellow of the American Board of Dermatology, fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery.
