SpaFinder® Wellness, Inc. announced it has acquired SpaFinder Europe, the leading spa and wellness marketing and gifting resource in Europe. SpaFinder Europe, which was originally a joint venture, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaFinder Wellness. "SpaFinder Europe has created a popular, localized version of SpaFinder.com, reaching hundreds of thousands of spa and wellness enthusiasts," said Pete Ellis, chairman and CEO of SpaFinder Wellness.
