Spa Castle is the premier Korean-inspired luxury spa, with one location in Carrollton, Texas and one location in College Point, New York. Spa Castle features a hybrid of traditional Asian and luxurious European spa treatments. From their Korean body scrubs to their Sauna Valley, each treatment focuses on health, youthfulness, and well-being.

Spa Castle offers the Traditional Korean Body Scrub, which is the Korean practice of cleansing and exfoliation. This treatment uses textured gloves to remove dead skin and dirt while increasing circulation and firming the skin.

Another Spa Castle treatment is Reflexology and Amma Therapy. The reflexology portion of the treatment uses a technique that focuses on pressure points located in the hands and feet to target problem areas inside the body. Practitioners use unique micro-movement techniques of the thumbs, fingers, knuckles, and, occasionally, wooden sticks. Amma therapy involves stretching and targeting pressure points to help alleviate tense muscles throughout the body.

Spa Castle’s Elemental Well-Being Treatment is firmly rooted in the five element theory of traditional Chinese and Korean medicine; wood, fire, earth, metal, and water are used to help diagnose conflicting symptoms within the body and mind through signature therapeutic facials and massages.
