Directions:
Cut the pomegranate and the dragon fruit and remove the skin, setting the membrane of the pomegranate aside. Next, cut the gotu kola and the aloe vera into pieces. Once these ingredients have been cut, put them in a pot with the water, add the goji berries, and boil. After 10 minutes, strain the ingredients and blend them together. Remove the mixture from the blender, place it into a glass container, and store it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 pomegranate
1 dragon fruit
¼ cup gotu kola herb
¼ cup goji berries
¼ cup aloe vera
2 cups water

To Use:
Put the mixture on the skin as a mask, completely rinsing the face with cold water after 30 minutes.

This mask is efficient for anti-aging purposes because it contains pomegranate, which is a powerful antioxidant that helps with cell regeneration. It also contains vitamin C, which helps to provide collagen to the skin. The mask’s dragon fruit has antioxidants that combat free radicals, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and boost vitamins and minerals.

Its gotu kola brings nutrients to the skin, helps purge accumulated toxins from medications, and fights free radicals, while the goji berries supples skin of any age. The berries contain calcium, potassium, iron, and zinc and also help to fight free radicals. The Mature Anti-Aging Chinese Mask also employs aloe vera, which contains glycoproteins and polysaccharides. Glycoproteins are known to help with healing by reducing inflammation and stopping pain.

Overall, this mask increases the production of elastin and collagen, minimizes fine lines, and keeps the skin firm and supple.
