Smoothies are great for building strong, healthy skin cells from the inside out. Antioxidant-rich whole food ingredients, plus the power of collagen, make this the ultimate smoothie for supple and glowing skin.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch kale, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons wakame seaweed, reconstituted 
  • 1 unpeeled cucumber (remove wax coating with vinegar)
  • 2 scoops of pharmaceutical grade Types 1 and 3 collagen powder
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ounce acai berry puree
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender, combine ingredient until pureed. Add ice to achieve desired consistency.
