I am based in the UK and find that we don't have as many lines here that even compare to the likes of Face Reality or Glymed Plus. Which brand would you suggest focusing on to treat acne and hyperpigmentation.
I completely understand your frustration with limited product availability in the UK. When I was dealing with similar skin concerns, I found that focusing on active ingredients rather than specific brands made a huge difference. Look for products containing salicylic acid for acne and niacinamide or vitamin C for hyperpigmentation. The Ordinary and Paula's Choice are both accessible in the UK and offer excellent formulations. Consistency with your routine matters more than the brand name. On stressful days when my skin acts up, I find that taking breaks with simple activities like tiny fishing helps me relax and avoid touching my face.
