Nobody likes a cluttered and unorganized workstation, especially clients. Although everything inside of a spa may be clean, the clutter and lack of organization alludes to an unkept and unsanitary treatment room. Not only does having an unorganized spa or treatment room make clients feel uncomfortable, but it also reflects poorly on the skin care professional. This is not appealing to clients, especially when they are trying to destress and relax. There is nothing soothing about a tower of dirty bowls in the sink. The client’s experience is everything. It can truly make or break a skin professional’s business.
