Jennifer Huffman is the new training manager for sales and education at Universal Companies. A native of East Tennessee, Huffman graduated from King University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. For the past 11 years, she has worked in a four-star hotel spa as a dual-licensed massage therapist and aesthetician. Huffman is certified in a variety of massage modalities, as well as spa therapies, business, and ethics. She is also a certified eyelash stylist and waxing specialist.
