This is an easy first step to achieving cleaner and better skin care regimens.
National Stress Awareness Day begins on April 16 and was founded to bring awareness to mental health and the degenerative effects stress has on the body and mind. Many participate in this day by relaxing and taking the day off from a stressful job or environment. It could be a good time to discount massages, relaxing facials, reiki, and other spa treatments. Spa and skin care professionals can take advantage of this day by identifying the physical and mental stressors in their lives, as well as developing coping mechanisms for anxiety and other stress triggers.
