A pioneer in the field of silicones for personal care products, Shin-Etsu Silicones of America, Inc. recently announced the relocation of its Cosmetic Application Laboratory (CAL) from its 2,500 square foot facility in Totowa, New Jersey to a new, 14,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Paramus, New Jersey. In recognizing the importance of the cosmetic industry to its business, the strategic expansion will provide advanced capabilities in supporting formulators with prototype samples, starting formulations, and hands-on training to help guide and accelerate the development cycle.
