DENVER, COLORADO (MARCH 2021)—The era of smart skincare has arrived. Introducing Skinforyou, a groundbreaking app connecting estheticians and clients before, after, and in-between appointments. With in-app features designed to provide customized product and routine recommendations (with rewards), track client progress, manage scheduling requests, and more, Skinforyou will revolutionize how beauty professionals foster and maintain their client relationships.

Founded by Dani Everson, a Denver-based stylist and business owner with nearly 20 years of experience, Skinforyou came about as a result of Dani’s personal experience. After expanding her salon to include skin services, she discovered a glaring need for streamlined communication that extended beyond the spa—something she always felt was too impersonal. Filling a true need within the industry, Skinforyou is designed to be an intuitive platform that gives both client and esthetician the necessary tools to authentically connect, even from a distance.

“Skinforyou was born to streamline the complexities of navigating customized recommendations while building loyalty and trust between estheticians and their clients. By integrating everything they need to stay on the same page, no matter where they are, Skinforyou will bridge the gap.” - Dani Everson, Founder and Stylist

Estheticians will enjoy the intuitive interface that hosts everything from digital client intake forms and appointment requests to a direct chat feature they can use to reach clients anytime, anywhere. Beauty experts can address client needs by formulating customized product recommendations and routines with a built-in ingredient and allergy filter. Skinforyou will also make it easy for estheticians to follow their clients’ progress in real-time by accessing their skin diaries—a virtual progress tracker—all within the app.

But the benefits of Skinforyou aren’t just for estheticians. Using the app, clients can request consultations and appointments and chat with their trusted beauty professional instantly. They can browse esthetician-recommended products directly in the app, while also enabling push notifications for reminders for daily skincare routines, product replenishment, and expiration dates. A built-in reward system will allow clients to earn and redeem points for trying samples and purchasing full-size products recommended by their esthetician. Clients can also provide feedback on recommended products and routines via their skin diary throughout treatment.

The Skinforyou app will debut in April 2021 with 12 participating salons and features an integrated spa locator that helps clients find participating salons and estheticians in their area.

A Skinforyou subscription will cost $174 per month for estheticians and spa owners, and will be free for clients to access. Skinforyou can be downloaded in the App Store and Google Play, users can also access additional information on Skinforyou website.

About Skinforyou:
Denver-based stylist and salon owner, Dani Everson, created the Skinforyou app to help estheticians connect with their clients on a deeper, more consistent basis outside of the salon. An all-in-one resource, Skinforyou allows beauty professionals to easily manage client relationships, access records, provide consistent product recommendations, facilitate consultations, appointment requests, and connect with clients virtually via their mobile device. Clients will be able to access shoppable products, instructions for use, set push notifications, and start a skin journal to track and share their progress. The result? A more intimate, lasting connection between esthetician and client.
