Whether they are just starting out in the field of aesthetics, a spa owner, or the head a thriving business, this past year has afforded all a moment to reflect on career paths and ponder what the future holds. If a practitioner is just starting out, make a business plan that will allow for the transition to become the boss. If one has been in the business for over 15 years, consider transitioning to less day-to-day involvement to create a better work-life balance. Nonetheless, there are various stages of an aesthetics career and different means to best create a full, meaningful life.
