Keeping Up Overall Cleanliness Throughout the Spa

Cleanliness in the spa industry is synonymous with universal precautions and infection control. Keeping up with that cleanliness requires daily check ins, as well as setting staff expectations for certain action items. These daily tasks can be completed by various people in the office including support staff and professionals. Beyond that are the weekly tasks that address areas requiring deep and more thorough cleaning. If COVID-19 has taught the spa industry and society anything, it is that cleanliness cannot be overlooked, and it must be done with an awareness for consistency. Doing so keeps the spread of disease and transmission of infection under control for everyone.
