Cleaning Caveats: Overlooked Areas to Sanitize

If the COVID-19 pandemic taught us anything, it is how important infection control protocols are and how to properly implement them. However, there can be areas that are overlooked or even forgotten about completely, as the public has recently become much more aware of. Not all spas or clinics are created equal and the protocols implemented to observe universal precautions vary, including how long those disinfection procedures take. Whether it is daily, weekly, or even monthly, some spas adopt various timelines for certain cleaning tasks. With all of that in mind, there still may be misconceptions of cleanliness in the mind of the client that you can take additional steps to address and portray your adherence to reducing the transmission of disease.
