Kimeera Spa specializes in treating multicultural skin suffering from hyperpigmentation and acne. Their goal and focus is to give people of color, especially African American people, a place where they can feel heard and understood in regards to their skin care needs. Apart from its intense focus on skin care, Kimeera offers hair removal with hard wax and threading. Clients can also enjoy the spa’s infrared sauna and zero gravity massage chair as a stand-alone feature or as an add-on to many services.
Kimeera Spa’s signature service is their GLO ID consultation. Kimeera Spa is bringing the spa industry into the 21st Century by digitizing the consultation experience. Clients take part in a 30-minutes one-on-one consultation that includes a digital narrative of findings. Kimeera performs an electronic skin analysis that can determine the age of a client’s skin, as well as give a reading on the skin’s hydration and oil levels. Then, on culmination of their first facial, clients are e-mailed a detailed summary of their procedure, goals, and product recommendations, and an outline of future treatments that best for the clients. This digital portfolio follows the client and chronicles their advancement.
