Peptide Prerequisites: Benefits & Limitations

Since peptides were first identified in the early 20th century, chemists and biologists have become increasingly aware of the important role that they can play in improved skin health and appearance. Within the past decade, peptides have been celebrated by both product manufacturers and consumers as miraculous ingredients that deliver numerous tangible benefits to skin. After many years of clinical research, it appears the hype is well-founded. Peptides do indeed create a noticeable improvement in skin aesthetics.
