What is your skin care ritual? Ben Johnson, M.D.,

Ifollow the same regimen twice a day. I clean my face with a gentle cleanser and never exfoliate with a scrub or device because that creates more inflammation throughout the day. I then apply a serum that increases DNA repair (using Zinc Finger Technology) which reverses damage caused to my DEJ and age spots. This is followed by a growth factor serum that replenishes 150 of my skin’s natural growth factors using human stem cells and fibroblasts. I then use a water spritz enhanced with scalar energy to drive the product in to improve wound healing. Next I add a serum for protein oxidation repair that restores my texture, shrinks pores, and heals much of the damage from past free radicals. The final serum I use restores the barrier, enhances skin nutrition, stimulates collagen and boosts immune function.

The majority of my serum applications have liposomal delivery so I spend at least 30 seconds massaging the product past the epidermal barrier so it can reach the dermis. I do not use a moisturizer. For sun protection I drink a formula that contains cancellation waves for the sun and offers SPF 30 protection from the inside.
I would be remiss if I did not include the internals I take for my skin. I takes several waters enhanced with scalar waves that improve my skin and body health. I take a supplement that enhances my ATP production so that I have energy... but also to improve collagen production. My final supplement is the internal version of my protein oxidation repair product which heals many things in my body, boosts my immune function dramatically, and improves overall skin health from the inside-out.
