Since then, essential oils have been used by kings, queens, farmers, doctors, mothers, and priests for a number of personal and professional purposes.
Civilizations used essential oils in religious ceremonies and to ward off evil spirits. They were even used during the bubonic plague outbreak to replace ineffective antibiotics. There are not many aspects of history that have not been touched by essential oils.
