Marianna’s Aesthetics & Spa, a L’Esthetique Inc. entity and a Boulder County corporation, was incorporated in 1999.  Prior to opening Marianna’s L’Esthetique (now Marianna’s Aesthetics & Spa) Ali owned and operated a skin care clinic in Boulder, Colordao, an award-winning day spa in Houston, Texas, and thriving skin care clinics in Orange County, California, Oakville, Ontario, and the posh Mayfair district of London, United Kingdom.

Marianna introduced the non-surgical facelift procedure to North America at her aesthetics clinic in Oakville, Ontario in 1973. She launched the first luxury day spa and salon in Houston, Texas in 1984. Since then, she has brought her pioneering skin therapy treatments, as well as her advanced skin care product formulations, to Colorado and the entire United States.
