The important relationship between proper diet and skin health has long been known. Research into bioavailability has shown that there could be a long-waiting line for skin to receive important vitamins and nutrients. Intravenous (IV) therapy has been used since the 1970s to deliver vitamins directly into the bloodstream as a way to bypass the digestion system and its subsequent gatekeepers. Today, IV therapy is a $2 billion business,1 estimated to reach $10.98 billion by 2027.2
