Dos and Don’ts: New Year’s Resolutions/Setting Goals

DO: Make goals and plans to achieve them. The end of the year is the perfect time to assess and adjust efforts to retain current clients, gain new clients, increase retail, and increase service sales.

DON'T: Set vague goals. Goals should be SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely (have some kind of deadline).
