2. HOW I START MY DAY
I wake up early - 4:30 a.m. I begin by drinking water, downing a concentrated nutrition shake, throwing in some weights and cardio at the gym, some time in the sauna, and finally, laying out a daily plan of what I want to accomplish.

Addressing the internal and nutritional needs of the skin and adding a focus on beauty nutrition will improve the results of any product or service and the health and well-being of clients.

As the father of eight kids, there is never a dull moment! Life is full of excitement and adventure with sports, activities, and our love of the outdoors. My passion for travel has taken me to all seven continents and provided dozens of life-changing experiences which have profoundly impacted who I am.
