The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is proud to announce new appointments to its board of directors. Scott Buchanan, owner of the Scott J Salons & Spas, will lead the PBA board of directors as chair while Reuben Carranza, North American leader/chief executive officer of Wella will serve as the vice-chair.
