Carin M. Scott

Carin M. Scott graduated in 1960 from the Medical Aesthetician School in Hamburg, Germany and had over 50 years of experience in the industry of aesthetics.

Scott was an internationally-recognized aesthetician whose career was active in France, Germany, and the United States. In the United States, she was the operator of Euro-California in Santa Monica, Calif. She was also the operator of Euro Pacific, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nev., where she was a trainer for Babor, Dr. Grandel, Biodroga, Dr. med Christine Schrammek, and many more. Scott was the regional distributor for several skin care lines in the span of her long career. She also conducted numerous seminars and skin care clinics and continued to work daily in her Las Vegas training center until she fell ill and passed away in June of 2015.

Many of her awards included Years’ Best trophies, in which she won twice in southern Germany for the most outstanding activities and the greatest sales increase. Scott received the LBC Diploma from Paris in 1979, the Special Council Diploma from Ingrid Millet, Paris in 1977, and a Diploma from Congress International in France 1989. In 1992, she was presented with the Best Skin Care Educational Skin Care Classroom award in Long Beach, Calif. and the Bronze Exhibitor Award at the Aesthetics West Expo in Los Angeles, Calif. In 1996, she was presented with the Award of Appreciation from DERMASCOPE Magazine and Aesthetics World Expo for her contributions to furthering the advancement of the aesthetic industry.
Scott was a very cherished and respected member of the professional beauty business. She was also a special and unconventional person of exceptional energy with a fine sense of humor. She helped many pave the way towards the successful distribution of their skin care products in the United States.
Scott was part of the International Congress of Esthetics and Spa in Long Beach, Calif. since its inception and continued to attend without missing a year. Euro Pacific, Inc. has still continued to attend in her absence. Scott will be greatly missed and will be remembered for her passion and as an inspiration to all who cherished her individualism and energy.

c.m.s.4Scott was a staff aesthetician for Lancôme in Germany. Her career also included working for many years in the perfumery business and owning three of her own perfumery and skin care boutiques in Germany. She also performed makeup demonstrations for Max Factor in all major German cities. Among her many outstanding accomplishments, Scott became a member of Esthetic America in 1985. In 1988, she received the CIDESCO International Diploma and, in 1989, she received the CIEL.  She also held a diploma in manual lymphatic drainage from the Wittlinger School in Austria.
