    Studies have shown that immunity is directly linked to disease and skin disease. The material is a thorough study of the immune system, and discusses the origin of the innate immune system. The course furthers into the function of the adaptive immune system and covers both humoral and cell mediated immunity. The lymphatic system is discussed, and how the lymphatic system works with white blood cells within the immune system. This material gives a vital understanding on the effects of immunity and manifestations of skin disease.
