Approved by the New York State Department of Education, this specialized curriculum is designed to prepare the professional esthetician for working in the medical environment. This intense course contains key information that prepares an individual to be knowledgeable and confident working in a clinical setting. Completion of this course leads to a Paramedical Esthetics certification from the Aesthetic Science Institute. Completion of the 600-hours esthetics curriculum or a New York State esthetics license is a mandatory prerequisite.
