The skin care industry has a wealth of award-winning, prestigious, professional products to choose from and even better brands backing them up. With so many great options, how do you choose which lines to carry in your spa? It’s important to select brands that have been successful in manufacturing products that produce results for the client. But even more imperative than finding a successful brand is understanding the successful people behind them.

Last year, DERMASCOPE debuted a special section in the magazine called the A-List to recognize the excellence of certain individuals in the industry. The purpose of this list is to acknowledge and focus on the industry innovators that go above and beyond the call of duty in this industry.

The 2019 A-Listers were vetted and chosen based on their contributions to the industry – including involvement in the industry, being a mentor to new professionals, and having significant knowledge of ingredients and charisma to round out their awe-inspiring persona.   

Some of the individuals included in the 2019 A-List have shown impressive educational efforts, while others have been at the forefront of product development. All the individuals included have exhibited strong ethical standards and ooze passion from every pore. These A-Listers have distinguished themselves as top-notch team players and we’re keeping our eyes locked on them as they prove to be paving the future of skin care!
