Hi. We had an Open House to celebrate 18 years of service. It was poorly attended although we feel we marketed it we through Facebook, mass email of all in our system and canvasing the area. Our business has been slow. We spent a lot of money and felt moving forward, we'll have a smaller event where we have a skin care clinic with RSVPs. My business partner would like to do services the same day to bring in revenue as to not waste time and money if people don't sign up for services after the clinic. If we choose this route, does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be done?
