The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is pleased to announce the winners of the Minerva Beauty Cosmetology Scholarships. Five $1,000 scholarships were awarded to students who are currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program. This year, the 2013 Minerva Beauty Cosmetology Scholarship recipients include Shannon Braunschwieg, Sergio Estrada, Erin Nieli, Tricey Wilks and Andrea Yocky.
