Sarfati was asked to share her American Dream story with the 100 attendees. A native of Poland herself, Sarfati moved from Poland to New York City in 1970 to pursue a career in aesthetics. In 1977, after receiving recognition from NY Daily News, Sarfati opened her first skin care salon. During this time, she recognized the need for a quality, professional facial treatment that could be administered by all licensed cosmetologists in the United States.
