I am a passionate aesthetic industry veteran, with over 19 years in the skincare business. My entire career has been immersed in cosmetic chemistry, skin physiology, and molecular/cellular biology, learning from some of the greatest minds in the industry, and working for world-class laboratories, medical facilities, skincare companies, and leading spas. I have fostered a wealth of knowledge that has allowed me to be a keynote speaker at medical and aesthetic conferences and I have been published in respected aesthetic journals and publications. I am a Cosmetic Chemist and an elected member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, and I am actively involved in product formulation, development, and R&D, in addition to holding 2 state esthetician licenses. I am currently a VP for a regenerative medical aesthetic company, working in stem cell science and biologics. My mission in life is to help consumers and professionals gain a better understanding of the architecture of skincare products, highlight ingredient and procedural technologies, and dissect the data to help expose some truths.
