Step 1
The therapist will cleanse the skin with DMK deep pore cleanser plus, a thorough yet gentle cleanser that removes makeup, dirt, and dead skin cells without drying the skin. The therapist will then analyze the skin from a paramedical perspective by examining the texture, color, and secretions, allowing them to select the most appropriate formulation to mix with enzyme masque #1 (see step 3).
Step 2
Next, the therapist will then apply dermatox to the skin with a cotton ball to draw out and vaporize toxins and impurities.
Step 3
Then, the therapist will combine two heaping teaspoons of enzyme masque #1 with either aqua d’herbs, exoderma peel plus, or desquamate and mix into a fluffy consistency using the DMK fan brush.
• aqua d’herbs
Our most common mixer is a polarized water formula containing hand soaked herbs. When mixed with enzyme masque #1, this formulation is suitable for all skins.
• exoderma peel plus
A multipurpose liquid gel derived from seaweed, exoderma peel plus can be used directly on the skin as a mini masque to lift off dry, dead skin, and as an activator when mixed with enzyme masque #1.
• desquamate
Mixed with enzyme masque #1, the desquamate formulation removes dead cell material on thicker, oilier skin.
Step 4
Starting on the décolleté, the therapist will sweep across the chest from one underarm to the other and then up to the neck. Then apply the formula to the face, applying upwards and outward strokes under the eye, then on the forehead and nose.
Step 5
The mask should be left on for 45 minutes. While the mask is applied, the therapist can give you a hand massage and apply the Dermafield to soothe and relax you. The Dermafield emits pulsed electromagnetic waves. These pulses work at a cellular level to maximize healing and cell repolarization. When using the Dermafield you may experience an increased sense of relaxation.
Step 6
After 45 minutes the therapist will soften the mask by applying a hot, moist towel.
Step 7
By working a mixture of warm water and deep pore cleanser plus or rinsing milk onto the skin, using circular strokes, the therapist will remove the mask with a wet face cloth.
Step 8
Finally, the therapist will complete the treatment with a transdermal infusion with betagel serum, vitamin c serum and seba-e oil spritzed with herb & mineral mist and one of the DMK transdermal nourishing crèmes according to the skin condition being treated. This is infused into the skin with a hydrophillic massage. The DMK transdermal infusion delivers all of the vital nutrients, amino acids, proteins, vitamin, and minerals necessary for living cells to thrive.
