Hale Cosmeceuticals Inc. celebrated its 25th year with the addition of a new filling operations plant in Bloomington, Illinois. This plant encompasses well over 16,000 square feet and houses high speed fillers, tube fillers, and packets machines. The fillers can fill liquids, semi-solids, and dry powders.
