Fall Makeup for Luxurious Eyes

Written by   Anabel De La Vega, skin care program director at Boca Beauty Academy

The new trends for the fall makeup 2015 season are classy and original. Makeup looks for this season become more elegant and fashionable, as the colors become darker. Fall 2015 brings smoky dark blues and luminous colors such as bright yellow, gold, and orange.

In order to create a luxurious look, the makeup artist has to improvise and determine what colors really suit the client.
Use different eye colors for a different look. Colors such as smoky dark blue, gold to dark brown, and grey to black will emphasize features and personality. Gold to dark brown eyes, paired with thick eyeliner, will give a different trend to 2015 looks. Mixing in some peach or orange matte lips will also be very fashionable this season.
Dark shiny blue and some gold with green will give a very cool glamorous, vibrant feeling. Dramatic, shiny, smoky, or natural eyes can all be achieved by expertly choosing color, and through the careful placement of eyeshadow. glamour-shades
Applying eyeshadow is more than merely sweeping any color over the lid to finish the look. Art is a canvas that needs to be polished with colors.
Anyone who has been around the beauty block before can tell you that as you change out your clothing every season, you should also change your makeup. Not only does makeup have different looks, but it also changes every season. This fall, the trends are strong, shocking, and exciting. Metallic eyeshadows are great for any party season. For fall 2015, metallic trends will vary in colors, going from soft, to dark, to shiny.
Frosty, strong, and metallic whites, purples, blues, and browns are great for creating a dramatic, dominant, and sexy look. Dark rouge, combined with dark lips will add to a more dramatic, sexy, and stunning look.
Vivid and bright colors can be used on either the upper or lower eye areas, and are best when applied in minimal quantities, such as a fine line very close to the eyelash line, or a corner accent on either the inner and/or outer corners of the eye. Applying metallic pigments to the inner corner of the eye and underneath the lower eyelash line will create a chic and great look.
Any makeup artist will state that there are no rules when it comes to fashion, and that the rules are often broken to create dramatic visual effects for magazine photo shoots or fashion shows.
There are individual color families that can be worn by all clients when it comes to makeup. When it comes to enhancing and emphasizing the face, the number one feature is the eyes. Remember that the eyes are the first thing that anyone sees when they look at the face. Just remember:

"People will always stare. Make it worth their while.”
